A seasonal Italian menu inspired by the regional cuisines of Italy. Signature dishes include Spaghettoni alla Carbonara with guanciale and a farm-fresh egg, the Point Judith Calamari en Padella, and the Pesce al Guazzetto with fresh local fish and littleneck clams.
